The impeller and volute liner of slurry pump 4/3D- are the important wet parts for transfers slurry. The material of them are required to be wear resistant and erosion resistant. The material is hard metal high chrome alloy Cr26, Cr 27, Cr28, A05, A07, A09. The impeller and volute liner can be replacement of wet parts of warman slurry pump 4/3D-.

Technology
High chrome alloy material
1. A05 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions. It can apply in a wide range of slurry types.
The high abrasive-resistance of A05 is supported by the presence of hard carbides within its micro-structure. Alloy A05 is particularly suited
to applications where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required. |

Application
